Advertisements persuade the customers to buy products or services. Advertisers claim that most of the things mentioned in advertisements are 100% factual. But in most cases, there are some loopholes. For example, in the case of mutual funds, the disclaimer shown at the end of the advertisement is illegible and inaudible. The disclaimer which clearly states "Mutual Funds’ investments are subjected to market risk." is compulsory as by advertising laws.
